My stay at the hotel had its pros and cons. Despite some issues with the rooms, such as poor maintenance and limited poolside amenities, the location was convenient for exploring. The language barrier with the English-speaking staff was a downside, although some service aspects were satisfactory. The dining options left much to be desired in terms of quality and timing. However, the ease of driving around was a plus.

The hotel has a perfect location right across from the Gulf of Mexico and is amazing for the views. The rooms were okay, but not soundproof, which made it easy to hear conversations from the next room. The service was a bit lacking as there was a need to call for drinks in the bar and communication seemed difficult for English-speaking guests. However, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the zocalo.
